Fantastic service! I have been using Vadim for personal taxes for about 16 years and business taxes for the last 14 years. My parents and a few friends also use his services.

I am Vadim's client for last 14 years. His service is exceptional - fast, accurate and with max output. He never over charges on little things and always helps at any point with advice. Well, he is so booked because of his popularity that if you come in March for tax preparation be ready to wait till May on extension :)

Horrible customer service. Got a call from Vadim to go over my taxes 3 months before my deadline, then he asked about a specific tax form and told me to call him back with it. I immediately checked for the form but there where none for this year from that specific company but when I tried to call him back I got no answer. I spent 3 months trying to contact his office with no response and since they had all of my tax forms I couldnt just go somewhere else and ended up missing my deadline. Then a few days ago (way past my deadline) I get a package in the mail with all of my forms. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!
