We absolutely love this place. Food is out super quick. We especially love the Chicken Shawarma Entree here. Have tried the Lamb Kebob and the dessert Goulash (Yumm!!).

I didn’t want to order that much food, but the cashier just kept repeating items like a robot and writing everything down without any guidance. At the end, I asked if this was too much food, and he just shrugged instead of being honest and saying that it really was a lot. Good service should include helping the customer, not just taking the order. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.

the place is clean and all their food is halal and everything is so delicious and they even have a good drinks option and they have halal gummies and I recommend the fries and the hummus and the chicken and rice platter is really good!!

So sick and tired of businesses lying to their most loyal customers. There online pickup ordering service (business preferred) claims no fees but they tack on multiple dollars to each food item (see picture) and its not a little amount almost $7 worth. On top when I called in the order I didn't even get a hello just straight to dead air knowing that this is how they operate I remained on "hold" and someone finally picked up and took the order (she was very nice). The other locations work the same way with Naperville place being a little better. The owners/workers know they have a loyal customer base so their customer service is completely trash.
