Ganga in Robbinsville — A Feast for the Senses 🌸🍴 Ganga blends vibrant decor with soulful Indian flavors. The pav sliders were spicy, buttery, and beautifully plated with chutneys that popped. Dahi Puri was a burst of textures — crisp, creamy, tangy, and sweet. Pav Bhaji? Rich, cheesy, and comforting. The Winter Special — Tuver Totha and Haldi Ki Subzi — brought seasonal warmth and depth. Every dish felt like a celebration, served with heart and flair. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Indian street food with a modern twist.

We visited Ganga for my in laws anniversary for dinner, and it was such a delightful experience! The ambiance blends Indian vibes with a modern touch. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed the flavors. Every dish we tried was excellent from the appetizers to the mains with a lot of flavors in every dish. A lot of care and preparation was put in the food. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.

I ordered Bhatti ka Paneer Tikka Tandoor Masala, a masala paneer grill sandwich, and veg Manchurian. Out of the three, the Manchurian really stood out. It was amazing, soft, and full of flavor, easily the best item on the table. The tandoori paneer was a disappointment. A tandoori dish needs a good amount of tandoori masala, and there was barely any here, which is why the flavor just didn’t come through. You can even see it in the picture. The paneer sandwich could have been much much better, you might want to rethink the recipe or even the name. Adding well sautéed onions and green peppers instead of cucumber could really improve it. Overall, the Manchurian shows that the kitchen can do things right, but the other items could improve.

Amazing amazing find! I went in with usual expectation of the food being okayish and not very close to true Indian desi flavor and taste but I was proven wrong and I can’t be more happy about it!!! I have tried multiple items at this place and each item has been so good with such curated taste! 👏 Must haves- Vada pav Fried rice Veg Manchurian Samosa Biryani And If you do visit this place in winter DO NOT MISS!!! The staff was polite and efficient, getting us seated quickly and explaining the menu highlights without any pressure. Overall, it’s a reliable option for Indian food in Robbinsville if you’re in the mood for variety, but the flavor balance could use some tweaking. I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars—worth a try, but next time I’ll stick to milder picks.
