Gaby’s Pastries & Coffee

Such a great little coffee shop, that staff is so nice! Had the strawberries and cream macha, drink and a blueberry turnover my first time visit and 😋 yummy! The second time I had 2 of the strawberries and creme turnovers! It was fresh, light and crispy!

Went to Gaby’s for the first time today. I enjoyed the honey latte with strawberry cold foam & avocado toast. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff was very welcoming. This was a great place to Bible study. I could feel Jesus presence in the room. The music was 10/10. Even the other customers (who seem like regulars) were kind. I highly recommend!

First time for me but not the group I was with. We do a coffee meetup that rotates to a different coffee house every week. This cycle brought us to this new place. Very Christ centered, very good service, very good coffee & very good food. Prices were very reasonable. Very large selection. Service from Leeann was great! I may have found my new favorite coffee spot.

If you are someone looking for a warm Christian coffee shop, then this is for you. It is less than a mile away from Alvin College, and a great place to study. I go here sometimes in between classes. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing, and the beverages are tastefully handcrafted.

Such a great atmosphere!! The vibes are unmatched!! Perfect for studying, meetings, or just to sit and chat while sipping on amazing drinks. I’ve tried something new each time I go and I’m never disappointed! I got a churro iced latte and a strawberry puff pastry and they were delicious! Definitely recommend, my go-to coffee shop from now on!
