I went in skeptical (it’s a food truck spot off Hwy 6), but walked out obsessed. Their garlic butter crawfish is straight-up perfection. The crawfish themselves were plump, and super fresh and peeled like butter with almost no effort. But the real star is that garlic butter sauce. I didn't think to take any pictures but that fried boudin was excellent! 🔥That means alot because my people are from Louisiana so I'm really picky when it comes to Boudin in Texas. The crawfish were tasty I just wish I would have gotten more spice but that's on me. I will definitely visit again.

Aye last year it was the BEST seasoned crawfish I've ever had. Talk about lip smacking good. I'm going back this year!!! Hope they don't change a thing about that recipe 😁 it's a food truck, don't let it fool you.

Friendly staff and well seasoned food. Ordered the Catfish plate, which included fries and hushpuppies. The fish pieces are good sized and fairly thick. Note that a lot of places normally use a cornmeal coating but this is more of a fried chicken style batter. Also ordered the shrimp fried rice which my wife enjoyed. Will have to come back to try their burgers and boiled seafood. Hidden gem around the Alvin area.
