Gables Cafe

Amazing place! I walked in I would say if we were hungry, and that was right next-door to where I was the gentleman at the counter was very sweet and walked me through the entire Menu helping me decide on what to get. The food looked phenomenal and the smoothie was delicious.

Wow! Where do I begin? What a great experience. The food and service was outstanding. Now I see why they are so busy. I want to say thank you to the staff for the great food and service today. The coffee was amazing as well.

"Hole in the Wall" best describes this place, but in a very good way. It's located at the bottom of an office building and you have to look for the sign from the outside parking lot. Inside, there are counters and chairs against the wall and you order at the counter, so don't expect a fancy dining experience. And they close at 3pm, so it's only open for breakfast and lunch. But the breakfast we had was delicious. The eggs over-easy were some of the best cooked eggs we've had, gently cooked and not a single burn mark. It's hard to be impressed with fried eggs, but you can tell the chef really took his time to do these eggs well. I’ve picked up food from here a few time and it never disappoints. The gentleman who answers the phone is always helpful, and the customer service is what Miami is missing nowadays. It’s a no frills, authentic, and local spot I hope to always support!

The steak sandwich was awesome. It was awesome on its own but add that pink sauce to it. Woooooow. The owners are very sweet and I'll come back again just for the food.
