Fusion Nine

Was craving Indo-Chinese food and discovered Fusion Nine through a quick Google search—so glad we did! The place is small and cozy with tasteful décor and a lovely ambiance. They also have outdoor seating, but we chose to sit inside due to the weather. For a Sunday afternoon, it was pleasantly calm and not crowded. We ordered the Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Veg Manchurian Noodles, Spring Rolls, and their Virgin Mango Mojito—and every single item was excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the spice level was just right, exactly to our preference. We’d definitely come back to explore more from their menu, but if you’re craving authentic and well-done Indo-Chinese cuisine, this is a must-visit spot!

Bought dinner (takeout) from here after fasting all day - it was so worth it!! Food was fresh and tasty. Garlic Naan was soft and seasoned well. Manchurian noodles were superb. Bejawada biryani was very flavorful and the chicken 65 was cooked well. Gongura curry could use more gongura but still flavorful.

The food was amazing, almost the entire family full off of appetizers and the service was really nice, highly recommend

We had take out from Fusion Nine yesterday. We ordered four items. Manchow soup (chicken), chicken lollipop. F9 chicken curry and Goan prawn curry. Manchow soup tasted good. Chicken lollipop was dry, not juicy at all. F9 chicken curry had few chicken pieces in a sea of gravy. Goan prawn curry was simply horrible!! Size of shrimp was way too small and quantity of shrimp was very less in a sea of gravy. Worst Goan shrimp curry I have ever had. Portion size of all the four items was very disappointing!! It was not a good experience at all. Not worth the money.

Went on a solo date and the service was excellent. The staff was super welcoming and the food was delicious. I am definitely returning with some friends to share my experience
