FUSE

A surprisingly upscale and modern bar / restaurant in an otherwise quaint small Iowa town. Very cool atmosphere and vibe. We were traveling and getting into town late and we looked up places to eat and liked the menu here. We called to see how late the kitchen would be open and they asked how long it would be before we would get there. Once we told them they said they'd wait for us! Now how often do you get that! Elias our bartender was kind, knowledgeable and suggested a great drink option for me. We chose simple burgers and fries for dinner but they were anything but simple. The burgers were delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. Elias said it was a local community raised beef and it was wonderful. My husband and I like to go to Fuse for our date night. The bartenders are always awesome with customer service, the drinks are fantastic, and the food is always delicious. Anything I didn't like can be chalked up to my own personal tastes.

My experience at Fuse was nothing short of outstanding. The food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Clearly made with care and attention to detail. Our server provided exceptional service; he was quick, attentive, and consistently checked in without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both excellent food and such a high level of hospitality. I would highly recommend Fuse to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Double cheeseburger with no sides and a beer, $28.15. Maybe they forgot what the ghost players know, this isn't heaven, it's Iowa. Definitely explains why no one was in there.

We had a bridal shower at FUSE. The chicken and BBQ pork sliders were wonderful. The house manager was awesome. He made the best strawberry mosco mules. Staff made sure we had plenty of food throughout the afternoon. The atmosphere is perfect for any small to medium size event. I highly recommend.
