Chad's Pizza & Restaurant

We stopped in for the lunch buffet, which was a great option for a very reasonable price. The buffet includes a small salad bar, several pizza options, and fried chicken with trimmings (mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and stuffing). The chicken was crispy, and the pizza was topped generously. There was also a cabbage and sausage soup, which was fantastic. Our server was friendly and quick to greet us on arrival.

If you are going to be closed from 2:00 to 4:30, please put that on your schedule. Your schedule shows you are open at 11:00 to 8 or 9, then be open. I've tried again this afternoon to order because it says you're open. This is 3rd time I've tried...at least show honesty with your hours. You lost out business today!

Terrible service and unacceptable experience. The service was absolutely awful and extremely unprofessional. The waitress was clearly annoyed, uninterested, and acted as if serving us was a burden. From the moment we arrived, her facial expressions, attitude, and body language were rude and disrespectful. When we asked for our drinks, she literally threw the straws at us. Throughout the entire visit, she remained cold-hearted, and unwilling to provide even basic courtesy or respect. There was no effort to make us feel welcome at all. On top of that, the pizza was excessively greasy and unpleasant. The overall experience was so uncomfortable that both my children and I felt completely unwelcome. This was a very negative experience, and we will definitely not be coming back.

Great atmosphere. Seemed to be a popular spot for a Friday night. My husband and I had the buffet and our son had wings. Food was good but the pizza selection on the buffet was slim, may have been due to the busy night. Price for what we paid for the buffet compared to what we ate was not worth it. Should have ordered off the menu. Just something to consider. Walk up and look what is there first. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

The fried chicken was phenomenal but it took almost an hour to get our food with almost no one else in the place. If you have the time it is definitely worth the wait but just know that it might take a while. The side salad and brocoli cheddar soup were very good. The super crispy crust on the chicken was delicious. The wedges were not really that great. I would pick the fries over the wedges. The servers were very nice and the place has been remodeled for a cool vibe. Check this place out!
