Wow, where do I start? Service was subpar at best......ribs dry and stuck to the bone, when I say stuck I mean you couldn't get the meat off if you tried, the brisket was cubed up on a sandwich and the smoked mac and cheese were days if not a week old, it was dry and greasy and the noodles were crunchy? I ordered a large to share and I couldn't believe what I received for $8 it wasn't edible I probably wouldn't have given it to my chickens. Food was at best "ok" we will not be back and my recommendation is to regroup and figure out how to actually run a kitchen. For now, don't serve that Mac it WILL DEFINITELY be the downfall of your business. Ohhh and btw tye corn bread was soggy with butter and the taste of your GRILL not corn bread....yuk

I got the chopped brisket. It had great flavor but was a little chewy for me. I wear denture's so food has to be super tender for me to chew it. Daniel the owner and Donna and Christina were super friendly. I originally ordered the baby back ribs but was informed they were out. The Mac n cheese was tasty and I enjoyed their BBQ sauce. They are having their grand opening this coming weekend and he is doing pulled pork sandwiches for under 10.00. I will give them another shot and will try the pulled pork and hopefully they will have ribs when I return. It's worth a shot for sure

So happy to have a smoked BBQ place in Prineville. They recently moved from a food cart to a storefront. Ordered the same at both: Chili Cheese Fries and Baby Back Ribs. Unfortunately, not the same experience. Great smoked ribs but our sliced full rack was cold at the bone. The store's chili cheese fries were different (canned chili?) and under the fries was a burger patty and top bun! Called the store and they said the cook was still learning; that I received a chili cheese burger. Chili burger covered in fries and chili cheese? And their amazing Apple Blossom Pie is not yet offered in the store. Really really hoping they get the kinks worked out and offer a product similar to their food cart.

We had a great lunch here today! My husband had the Snake bite sandwich and I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. Excellent flavor, we'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Southern Hospitality, perfect moist and smokey BBQ, food is definitely worth the price. Friendly staff makes you feel right at home. No other BBQ in town even comes close to this quality
