Stella's

While visiting Prineville we were thankful to happen upon Stella's food truck. My husband likes a good Cuban sandwich and Stella's makes one of the best he's ever had. In fact in the 12 days that we were in Prineville we returned to Stella's food truck a total of three visits. The sausage gravy with cheesy biscuits was delish! Yummy cinnamon rolls and on our last visit heading out of town We tried the gluten-free chocolate krispie type dessert snack and it was really good! Service was great. We have ordered at the truck and by phone. Always happy with the friendly service. When in Prineville you got to try Stella's!

Delicious and giant breakfast burrito! Service was quick and friendly. I was able to witness how the owner dealt with a difficult situation with a customer who was not happy and was very impressed with how it was handled. Owning a small business in a small town is tough and customer service is key. Here you’ll get great customer service and delicious comfort food.

Food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and kind. This was the first Cuban I really liked. Also tried their biscuits and crazy which was pretty good as well!

Stella’s is the BEST in town. I was driving by and decided to try it out. I had the breakfast bagel and it was by far the best I have ever had. April is so amazing and friendly which made the experience that much better. Cant wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

We were passing on our way to the job and saw the sign, “Stellas Breakfast” we turned in and ordered the “local” omlet, it was exceptional for a food truck breakfast ( better than most local resturants) I will be back.
