Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

Plenty of sushi rolls to choose from, and we tried a bunch during our visit. The hibachi was delightful and just the right portion for the price. You get DECENT portions with the sushi rolls as well! Firecracker roll and crab rangoons were rhe best part of our meal. Wait staff was super attentive and the hospitality was at par for what you would expect at this type of restaurant.

We travel through Mt. Home often and tonight our boys wanted hibachi so we gave this a go but won’t be returning. If their menus represented their actual meal costs and they were up front and honest about the additional fees items or substitutions they offered to our family - I be able to respect them more as a business. I just see it all around sneaky and unfortunate. Things offered were double noodle and rice for the kids meals when I said no vegetables. They asked if we wanted yum yum sauce with our meal. Both my hibachi noodles and the kids filet is not at all the cost on the menu. Kids filet on the menu is $12.95. I’m surprised I didn't find other reviews to mention more on the cost discrepancy. The Hibachi Steak with Shrimp was wonderful. Steak cubes were cooked to a perfect medium rare and the flavor of the Shrimp was on point. Some of the other dishes that were had by the others in our party, looked amazing as well! I was told by 2 others the Salmon was outstanding 😋 👌

It was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was so busy. My valentine and I got seated quickly and the whole experience was perfect! Great sushi that was well prepared and beautifully presented made such an impression. The sushi itamae was so busy but made an extra effort to make ours special! A million stars!!!! We came here on a Sunday afternoon and had dinner with friends. The food came out quickly and it was really good. My daughter and I both got sushi... highly recommend it! It was sooo delish. One of my daughters favorite Japanese restaurants in Arkansas and the food doesn't flare up allergies like other ones
