Been a few times and it's always a great dining experience. The food is good. The sushi and tea are excellent. Friendly service. Never takes long to get food.

I'm from the west coast and have had my fair share of sushi. This is honestly some of the best. Stunned that this is in Evansville, Indiana! What a gem. Such good food and great vibes/service. Well done!

Visited here on Christmas for dinner. They were very busy with mostly take out dinners. There were a few folks in the dining room. Their staff were working really hard to keep up with the orders. The staff were very friendly, kind, and professional. The restaurant is small but very clean. The food was worth waiting for on a cold busy Christmas evening. Would recommend trying this place. We will be back here again. Easy to find and park at this location.

Took the wife and kids out for the wife's birthday. We really enjoy Fujiyama and have never had a bad experience. The lunch bento box is a great deal. We have tried numerous rolls and the Butterfly Roll is one of my favorites. I always go with the 3 piece sushi and a roll. The sushi is always prepared nicely and the sushi always seems fresh. Service is top notch even when they are busy. Stop in and give them a shot.
