Fuji Sushi Teriyaki

It may be sushi made in a mall, but it is not "Mall sushi". I don't think you can find this level of quality in fish and preparation at most of the other sushi restaurants in this area let alone at the cost it is set at here. A $12 dollar roll here would easily be charged $18 elsewhere. I don't understand how they can keep costs down with the high level of quality they offer. Don't let the mall or the presentation on cheap disposable plates fool you, this is premium sushi at discount prices. I once asked where is the best place to eat sushi around here and I was told, "The sushi at the mall!" I laughed at that time, but now I'm beating myself up for not having come here sooner.

Love this place! Always FRESH, consistent on how they make it, always 100%. Always the same 2 people working... And super friendly. Couldnt ask for better place! It's my FAV 😍

Don’t let the location throw you - this is truly excellent sushi, as you can see from the numerous 5-star reviews. It’s in my top three, and maybe even number one. We live in Omaha, and if this place were closer, we’d be here all the time. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because, well, it’s a food court - but the food is also perfect for takeout. Amazing sushi in the mall! Highly recommended going to the mall just for the sushi. Lots of different options and they even have boba tea!

This place is fantastic. Everything we have ever ordered is delicious. I have friends who travel hours just to come here. Fuji Sushi is privately owned by a very kind small family and the restaurant is a crown jewel of Sioux City, drawing patrons from afar.
