Fuji Sushi & Steak House

I was staying in Waynesboro on a work trip and asked one of my coworkers what he was in the mood for, he said steak. Well, it's hard to find a steakhouse around there unless you want it chicken fried, which we did not, so we stumbled on this little gem. The dining area is nice, kind of dark but not too bad. The server was friendly, helpful and very attentive. He even gave me a solid recommendation on a sushi roll! I had a Fuji Roll and the Chicken and Steak Hibachi dinner. My coworker had the dumplings and Steak Hibachi dinner. Everything was prepared well and tasted great. The price was slightly higher than what I'm used to, but to be fair I haven't been to a Japanese Steakhouse in a while. I would definitely come back here again.

The taste of the food was fine, the restaurant was fine. I got my meal to go. It was a Lovers for 2, so, the 80$ meal. I got 3 pieces of scallop....4 pieces of shrimp.....and steak that wouldnt even make up a 8oz, and 2 pieces of lobster....with 2 MEALS. 80$ and only gave me like 20$ worth of actual meal, and 5$ worth of rice. Definitely wasn't worth the money and felt scammed.

Long time since we have been here to see Eric & Lenny!! So glad to be back and have their delicious spring rolls& Fuji Chicken,vyummy soup, fresh salad& the kids loved their hot fries. So glad you were open with Hot Fresh dishes!!

Sushi sounded so good but it was not that good & didn’t look too good either. Would come back to try a different plate. Ladies were really nice & food came @ a decent time

Well my husband decided to surprise me with date night I was so happy when I saw he was taking me to Fuji the service was great and the food so good. The restaurant wasn't packed but it could have been because it had been raining which made my experience even better because we was able to talk it was a really nice relaxing environment. Did I say the food was so good I absolutely loved their onion soup 🍲 so good 😊
