Fuji Steak House

The cook wasn't giving out food even there were four other people feel we were treated with the same as the family on the side of us , there was a family who didnt paid for the 6 year old childs ,food and was getting portions of other people's food given to the 6 year old . The the waitress was good, it was just a cook. Being unfair to my group and two other people in another group,

Although this place has the best customer service yet the food unfortunately was not that great. We ordered dragon roll, lobster roll, spider roll, shrimp tempura roll, swing shrimp roll and volcano roll. I was not a fan of any. The first smelled and tasted really fishy and not fresh. Yet I have to say everyone was friendly and great and the prices are very reasonable.

Ordered the Cincinnati roll, steak and chicken hibachi. Bland but sweat. Everything was bland but slightly sweet. The steak and chicken was overcooked and dry. The noodle tasted like they had sugar and soy sauce. The vegetables were the best part of the meal. They had taste. The service was nice. They check on me multiple times. Food came quickly. All in all Price was not bad. $50 for a sushi roll and combination hibachi.

From the soup and salad all the way through the entire meal, it was wonderful we had a lot of fun so entertaining to watch the chef have some excellent food. Each shift did things just a little bit different, but it was very fun to watch not only our chef but others around. So it's fun to see each Chef cooking and entertaining everyone. My steak and scallops were cooked perfectly just the way I like them. It was all so delicious. I'm looking forward to going back again and trying their sushi some time soon.

I got hibachi at my table. The soup was odd flavored. And the chicken and steak was sweet which I personally do not like. The fried rice wasn't great either. I mean it was ok. But I probably wouldn't run back there for the same thing again. My service was great. And it's a nice environment.
