We had an amazing kaiseki dining experience here. Every single course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the attention to detail in each dish. We ordered the Wagyu kaiseki set, and it was outstanding — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well-balanced from start to finish. The portion size was also very generous. We left feeling completely full and extremely satisfied, which made the experience even better. There was also a live show during the meal, which added a unique and entertaining touch to the evening. The head chef, the owner, and all the staff provided exceptional service. They were attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcomed throughout the entire dinner. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an authentic, high-quality

Highly recommend this hidden-gem Japanese restaurant! For just $120, you get 8 courses plus 8 pieces of sushi—an unbeatable value. We were completely stuffed by the end and could only manage a few bites of dessert. The sweet shrimp and sushi were absolutely delicious, and the miso soup made from the shrimp heads at the end was incredibly rich and flavorful. This place truly holds its own against Michelin-listed kaiseki restaurants in Los Angeles.

The quality is so high that I feel like being back in Japan! This is from someone who has dined at a few Michelin quality Japanese omakase restaurants in Japan and this is definitely my top choice in LA now. High quality shrimp for the tempura and very fresh fish. Rice for the nigiri is right proportion. I wish they would ask if we want wasabi inside the sushi which would be a nice option. Decor is beautiful. Service is excellent. We went for the weekday omakase lunch special for $59.5 before tax and tips and it’s a great deal for that much great food showered upon us. $3.5 for a pot of green tea is very reasonable and it’s high quality matcha. All in it’s about $80 per person. Would come back again. (Oh the trick is that you have to sit at the tables and not sushi counter to enjoy tha

I had the 12-piece lunch Omakase while my wife opted for the sushi lunch. Each piece of fish was remarkably fresh, clean, and beautifully balanced, showcasing both quality and attention to detail. The flavors were bright and delicate, making the meal a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The only caveat worth noting is the pacing — our lunch stretched to just over an hour and a half, so plan accordingly if you’re on a tighter schedule.

I've been feeling down lately and haven't had an appetite for a few days. I discovered there's a sushi Japanese restaurant here, but I prefer cooked and hot food. There seemed to be ramen on the menu, so I ordered shrimp tempura 🦐🍤 and an eel rice set. I didn't really put my order in, as I was preoccupied and rushed. But the Japanese front desk was very helpful, and the other kitchen staff was very patient in confirming my order. After eating at home, I felt my energy return; the food healed me. The eel rice is my favorite. I found the rice, like sushi rice, delicious, reminiscent of childhood. The miso soup was also very authentic and not overly salty. The only downside was that the carrots on the side were beautiful, but not the freshest. The food is clean and healthy, and the environme
