Fuji Hibachi & Sushi

If you're reading this, its likely because you're trying to find another option other than Bennihanna, and you found it! The food, service and entertainment is better than anything we've gotten from anywhere else in metro detroit in the past 5 years. The portions are the size of pre covid bennihanna, you know what I'm talking about. You actually get refills and prompt service here! The cooks are out to have a good time and drown you in some SAKI. The double dragon fried sushi roll was AWESOME! 100% recommend over the larger chains.

The hibachi was pretty plain for me but maybe I should have asked for extra sauce. The sushi I really really liked I got the crunchy crab it was amazing

Absolutely love this place! Great entertainment, love the vibes there. Had my daughter's graduation dinner there, the habatchi grill accommodated 20 people around the grill. ✨️

Went their with 4 people all ordered sushi and it was amazing we all got different Hibachi it was absolutely awful the shrimp was rubbery the chicken was way over cooked, had burnt hard noodles and the scallops were so plain and gross I then asked 3 times to the female worker their if I could speak to the manager, and she said I can help you and I said 3 times no I would like to speak to the manager, he came to the table and we told him about the food and he tried saying we ate our food when we ate the steak cause some pieces were some what fine except like 5 fatty pieces we asked for some type of discount on our bill and they were very ignorant and the manager which is the person I attached to the comment said that he couldn’t do any thing for us cause we touched our food and said that he

The food is pretty generic here. The sushi looks good but isn’t particularly fresh or delicious. It’s exactly the quality of sushi you’d expect to get in the Midwest. They drown the rolls in way too much sauce but the rolls are the only thing worth getting. The freshness of the fish is mot worth the price of the nigiri or sashimi. Maybe the entrees are better but I wouldn’t come back for the sushi.
