Fu Sushi

Presentation of the food was beautiful. Pricing was reasonable, especially for the basic "A" option. Everything was fresh and tasty, except the crab salad, which tasted "off". The crab salad was also spicy, which my dinner partner didn’t like and told them. Then they put the spicy mayo on a sushi roll, so make sure they understand special requests or preferences. If you take kids, watch out - they have free ice cream! All in all, a good value for the money.

I had lunch here about half an hour after they opened, and compared to other all-you-can-eat options in Santa Fe which include sushi, Fu Sushi is exceptional for the quality and variety of fish that they offer! The host was very friendly and accommodating to my first time visiting, explaining what comes with the Standard (A) menu and the Premium (B) menu. As of right now, the A side is plenty of options for $19.99. The mackerel and the eel rolls were among my favorite. If you're looking to treat yourself, the B side menu ALSO includes all of the A menu (so really it's A&B for about $30). It's very "money wurf" and I highly recommend this place. The one thing I will say, is that it's quite chilly, probably meant to keep the fish fresher that way. Also, the free ice cream was pretty nice lol

Saw the reviews and had to check it out! All you can eat sushi for $19 basic and $30 for premium. Like any sushi buffet, cannot leave any rice, so come with an appetite. The service was attentive and I loved the atmosphere in its authentic set up. Overall, I was impressed with the food and definitely will be going again.

I've been wanting to go here since heard about it mid last year. I've been on a keto diet, and this is one of only four cheat meals since July 21st, 2025. I had the Seared Tuna and the Seared Salmon appetizer, absolutely no flavor, and the fish was soggy, if that makes any sense. I then had an assortment of special rolls, Be Happy, Kiss of Fire, Salmon Lovers, Sunkissed and Yummy Yummy. None of them were memorable, some of them were not good at all, and the Yummy Yummy tasted like it was fried in very old oil. I had four pieces of eel sashimi, was tough and old tasting, bizarre. The only thing that was good, was the Salmon Sashimi, of which I had eight pieces. Service was friendly and fast, but, unfortunately, even if it were free, I would not go back.

Absolutely loved this place! The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Japanese flavor. You can really feel the care that goes into every dish — from the sushi rolls to the warm bowls of ramen. The chef clearly takes pride in both the taste and appearance of the food. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is super friendly. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just curious to try something new, this spot is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!
