This place is awesome! Great customer service, great quality food at an affordable price! It's nice to be able to take the family out for a treat and not have to go broke because of it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the menue, they have a good selection of iteams. I stood say the place is fairly laid back and chill but the space is tiny inside. Good thing is, they have outdoor seating and you can also take the food to go off it ever gets to crowded.

Fresh delicious burgers. with the perfect thin ‘n crispy fries… nothing can beat Frugals in Bizeman! I just had the most excellent conversation with Jason. I had arrived at too early for them to open, so I was sitting up there outside table working on my laptop. Jason was so warm and invited me in from the rain. While eating my meal, some kid dropped his order of fries and without missing a beat, Jason replaced those fries with a smile. That’s the kind of stellar treatment that is missing in this world. Every aspect of this Frugals experience was 100% on point! Thank you! Yes, I did Want to mention that everywhere I go in town, the beef patties in the burgers taste game. Not here! I've only had the burger, twice. It's excellent. I think about it often and will probably make it a regular stop on my weekend routine for $5. It's essentially a Burger King Whopper, but higher quality and a few bucks cheaper; simply better. Great for a quick lunch. I'll have to try out the rest of the menu soon. I'm confident it's all good judging by the burger alone. If you had a choice between fast food, go to Frugals instead. I don't feel like garbage after eating here (in fact I feel pretty good) and the price is very Frugal.

Absolutely fantastic great atmosphere customer service was amazing owner let me try a sneak peak of the Carmel apple shake flavor before it was even released it was delightful the burgers amazing and fries sooo good we will be returning soon heck maybe we'll stop by this weekend! Haha loved the fact that they have real fry sauce!!! It was 30 bucks for a bacon burger with shake and fri and a bobcat burger with soda and fri plus extra fry sauce for the quality it was absolutely worth it

This place is absolutely amazing. From all the times I've been to Frugals over the years throughout the various locations spanding from Missoula to Kelispell, the Bozeman location is the BEST one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted & welcomed to order at my own pace. Food was promptly delivered to our table within a few minutes after placing this order. HOT AND FRESH! I also met the general manager: Jason. He was wholehearted and took time out of his day to chat with my family and provide the exceptional service frugal strives for.
