Frozen Yogurt

5 stars for young ladies at the front serving us cones.. Really friendly and welcoming. Since cones were melting and dripping I asked for cups, plastic cups. They were happy to provide with cups suddenly the elderly women comes, by the way she talked to them. I figured she is either a manager or the owner. She said " you gotta charge them for the cups." I understand didn't say anything just paid for it. It's the way she said it, she looked disturbed of the fact 3pc of small plastic cups given out to the customers who spend 16 dollars on ice creams. And again front registers employees were awesome and friendly.

Beware of the sneaky way it does business - this is the ice cream store on beach road, (across from Lake George Village visitor center,) with a giant green chair in its right front, and "organic nuts topping" on its front window. It's price panel seems bright, clear, official and friendly, all 20+ varieties of ice cream at $3-$4 each. My kids were excited about the big buckets of ice cream right in the front, with cones with rainbow sprinklers on the side. Obviously we went with it, asking for 2 of the cones. The cashier typed, we saw the panel showing $6.60. When we got the cones, we were asked for $12+. Surprised, I asked which kind is this on the price panel. The woman pulled over some cloth to show us - below the big panel, on the wall, a small hand-written sign !!! - saying "c

I only had a $100 bill for my $3 froyo… the girlboss behind the counter gladly broke it for me not to mention the froyo was amazing! I’ll forever praise my girlboss Katie #girlboss #giveheraraise #yummy🤪

Could not order because person behind counter spoke broken English. They said I couldn't have the flavor that I wanted even though there was plenty in the container.

This is a trick, their store name is Frozen Yogurt and the so-called frozen yogurt is just ice cream
