Frozen Flavors Homemade Ice Cream & Italian Ice

The people at the counter are very friendly and knowledgeable about the flavors. My favorite is their strawberry ice cream. I also really like their Shirley Temple and Mango Italian ice. Would highly reccomend to anybody in the area!

ice cream was pretty good! Workers on the phone forever ignoring the line of people which normally I don’t care about but the wait was kinda crazy for no reason lol

We want to like this place so badly! The people at the counter are too busy on their phones to pay attention. We were next and they closed the window on us and started texting. They gave my order to someone else, that person gave it back and then they put a lid on it and gave it to me. They didn’t offer us spoons. I asked for a waffle cone and never got it. I do love the pup cups though.

Disappointed - I ordered a hot fudge sundae with wet walnuts - I think I got 4 walnuts and not hot fudge - also orders a strawberry shake - that was like drinking milk - not going back

Im not from the area but when visiting my friend they recommended that I go to Frozen Flavors since I love homemade ice cream. By far the best homemade ice cream I’ve ever had. I ordered the caramel apple ice cream, definitely considering making the hour drive back just to have it again.
