Weird experience here. I thought the dinner sides were lacking so I got Cole slaw for my second side. I got a cup of Cole Slaw with crackers on the side. Do people eat that in the south? With the crackers I thought soup might be better so I asked about it. The waitress didn't know if or what kind of soup they had. When she brought out the soup it came with a rock hard piece of corn bread with no butter. When the cook noticed me doing the knock test on the corn bread, he gave me a piece of hot corn bread from the back. I slathered it with butter and it was terrible. Obviously very old. So I can't say the people here didn't try. I think the food quality could be very good if they knew what they were doing. I think training in this resteraunt is an issue. Cole Slaw with crackers? Old corn bre
I was in Alabama and found this place on Google. It was close to where I was. Very glad I stopped. The food. The service. The sweet Tea was incredible. Had a few laughs and convos with the staff. Everyone was so nice. If you're near by or close on travels. Make a stop. You won't be disappointed.
Quick stop at this cute diner. My kids had the Bob Tail breakfast plate which they like. I had the Indian Taco with fry bread which was delicious.
I was very excited to try this dinner. The reviews were great but i didn't have the best breakfast experience. I ordered the country fried chicken (and pointed at it). It came with hashbrowns, eggs and toast. What was brought out to me was a country fried steak (not chicken, both are one the menu which is why I pointed). She never came back to my table so I could get it corrected (I am driver and had a hard time i needed to leave). I decided to eat the hash browns but they were severely undercooked. They were just raw potatoes. So for $20 I had a single glass of Pepsi (she never came back to refill) and very lightly toasted bread. Very disappointed in my food and the service and stayed hungry until dinner.
I had the Indian Fried Bread Tacos, they were delicious and something I've never had before. My sister and mom both ordered Breakfast and said it was very good. The eggs were cooked exactly how they were ordered. This is definitely a place I'll try again.
