Friendly's

We love friendly's but just not the same anymore. Visited after going with the kids to the jumpy park however service was extremely slow and waitress didn't put in an order for one person in our party so had to wait longer. Friendly's will always be a family favorite and this is one of the very few left so always try to stop in Sunday is always still delicious as ever.

Haven't been here in years and although my waitress was worth a 5 star review I ate raw chicken from out the back room on my Friendly's famous sandwich. After setting it aside the waitress came over and had all the food recooked fresh and everything was good after that. One thing I don't like as a cumsumer is uncooked chicken but my biggest peeve is hearing the party coming out the kitchen, although work should be a fun laxed environment I can't help but think that my food would not have been undercooked to this degree if they was focused on the product and not fun at work like that. Friendly's can reach out to me when ever they want to talk about my experience. Like I said waitress was great mo complaints and did her best. Not sure about the party in the kitchen though.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Friendly's in Swansea, MA. We usually get a kids' meal for my wife, and at every other Friendly's location, the soda and ice cream are included. However, at this location, they charged us extra for it, never told us, which felt ridiculous then Asked for the manager, the manager is too busy to talk to customers...ok well then. My child who's autistic usually loves her trips to Friendly's today she is going home crying i'm literally writing this as I leave the disgrace of a restaurant. I'd put negative stars if I could. -Dustin

Here's the food I asked 3 times if you wanted me to bring back. Never once answered. If asked a direct question 3 times answer it. I'm not eating it. Thank you for remaking it but order is still wrong and at this point I'm eating cold lunch. Thanks again, never coming back to this store. No one was looking for free food just for you to do a very simple job correctly.

Very disappointed tonight. My daughter's favorite restaurant and the Swansea location is horrible. First they refuse to exchange $1 for quarters for the Gumball machines in the lobby. Why even have them?? We had to ask for a kids menu and then my daughter wasn't given an activity set or fun spoon like the kid sitting next to us.. Then I ordered a kids meal as I have done for the past year and wasn't told there would be a problem until the bill came and noticed additional charges for what I believed to be included; drink and ice cream. When I questioned it the waitress said my manager said adults are charged for drinks and ice cream when they order kids meals. I told the manager I should have been told I could not order the kids meal or the items were additional and that would have been fin
