Friendly's

You can't go wrong when you wanna feel your youths nostalgia. Food is okay, the mozzarella sticks are actually really good and I don't know why but I got a lobster roll. I Asked for light dressing and it came over dressed. The lobster itself was okay. You Definitely Can get a better roll for twenty five dollars somewhere else

The food is always hot and fresh. Orders are always correct. I wish they had a larger menu since they only really have appetizer type food on the menu. I don’t like the burgers since they use frozen or boiled patties which are pretty rubbery. It’s a great place to order from for an afternoon snack.

Maybe it’s my own fault for a pick up order but would think that they’d put ketchup or just anything on these . Quality of the patty is nothing like I remember as well. Disappointed I’m out and about and have to just eat these entirely plain. I figured there would be some ketchup packets in the bag or something since they staple it shut for pick up. This definitely wasn’t worth $18

Initially I was going to give this place a very bad review. Let me tell you why, I was there with my 5 year old grandson and we were left waiting for a good 45 minutes. They were short staffed and it was pretty busy. Waiting to be seated I became very frustrated and my grandson was getting anxious, well 45 minutes later we are asked what we wanted, very aggressive I stated we are waiting to be seated. The manager began to apologize profusely, he stated that he did not know I was waiting to be seated. The manager (Jose) comped our whole meal. Again very apologetic and then the waitress came over and apologize as well. Very sincere I couldn't help but to change my mind about this Friendly's. They were great!

Overall good experience. I like the burgers, salads, and ice cream. Staff has always been nice. Only critiques would be to improve consistency of sizes for salads; seems like some salads are significantly larger than others in some to go orders.
