Took my family out to early dinner it was great! Service was awesome very accommodating! Side salad was fresh! Fry’s were hot and fresh!
On my trip back home to Western Mass, I craved a Friendly's hot fudge sundae. I had to go all the way to Florence, MA, to find on still open. So worth it!
Honestly some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Hard to believe but McDonalds is orders of magnitude better, seriously. Not a one off thing either, it’s terrible every single time I go. Burgers are always way over cooked, burnt and dry. The food tastes… bad, just not good at all. Also, the recent renovation makes the place look as bad as the food it, seriously ugly in my opinion. I hope to never return but my daughter and her friends like the ice cream. The only good thing here is the ice cream.
Great service and menu for this branch! Accepts credit/debit. Has a coat hanger. Love the good for 2 diner like table & chairs. Ample parking space. Has a takeout booth for their famous ice cream. Clean and good smelling bathrooms. For women bathroom has a baby changer place
Very disappointed in the “new” Friendly’s. Ordered two large sundaes and they were both only filled half way, no candy toppings and one of three of the sauces on each sundae. Ridiculous for the price.
