We had just the BEST time at Dee's bed and breakfast. Driving up the driveway to the house from the street, it just felt like the stress of the week melted away. The air was fresh and it was so quiet. We enjoyed meeting the llamas, emu, chickens, dogs, and peacocks-- and learn about animals I really had never thought much about before. Breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh for us each day to eat either in our room or on the patio. The room was small but very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. And since we were so close to so many of the wonderful trails and breweries and other attractions of the Pioneer Valley, we didn't spend much time in it! Hopefully we'll be back before long!

My wife Nadine and I stayed October 8-12 was great. Living off the grid with solar on a farm such a clean way of living. John and Dee are charming and nice hosts. Waking up to the sight of the llamas and their friend a donkey as well as the peacocks made the quiet peaceful night’s rest a fresh awakening.||Meeting them and the emus was fun. Let us not forget the pugs so cute. ||Breakfasts were good starting vegetarian and us being vegan easy change. So accommodating to help. Nice chatting with John each day about the area and life in general. ||If you want a very simple country style, relaxing, lovely atmosphere this your place.

Dee & John are WONDERFUL hosts, this review is well overdue (sorry! Works been busy). My boyfriend and I booked for two days for Valentine’s Day and ended up booking a third day because it was so hard to leave. Wake up to a healthy & tasty breakfast, if you like tea this is the place to be, they have so many selections to choose from. We stayed in the white room, super cozy & a great view of the field and the animals (snowy in February but still beautiful). If you stay here and are unfamiliar with the area just ask Dee and John they gave us GREAT recommendations for where to eat and shop. We will definitely be back in the warmer months when we can hang out with the llamas and other animals there! Thank you so much Dee and John for making our Valentine’s Day getaway the best weekend ever in

Starlight Llama Bed and Breakfast was an absolutely delightful stay. Beautiful land to explore, great conversation with John and Dee, comfortable sleep, nice breakfast and, of course, you cannot forget about the animals! Be prepared to be entertained by Pedro the donkey, a "grumble" of pugs and sweet pup Raven, peacocks, llamas, chickens and emus. Make sure to walk the trails to John's exact replica of Thoreau's cabin in the woods. This is an amazing place to disconnect and relax. Best part is that it is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Northampton.

We stayed at the Starlight Llama B&B for two nights at the end of March. We gave a rough estimate of when we'd be there and John was waiting when we arrived. The house is located a little off the road and depending on which direction you come from, you can miss it entirely (we doubled back). He showed us to our room and gave us some info on the room and how the stay would work overall. The B&B section is attached to their main house and contains two rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a separate entrance, and a little stand in the hallway with coffee and extra room accessories. The room itself was a little bare bones, but ours overlooked the llama pasture, so each morning we woke up and saw them grazing. Breakfast is served at 9am in the main house and starts each day with yogurt, fruit, and gra
