Friendly's

My server was by yourself. There was 2 table there when i got there so i made there then a party of 10 came in she still was so amazing and nice. Even being the only one working her and she was so nice to my daughter. I alway come to this one. The party of 10 was so rude and i felt so bad for her. I wish people could be nicer. Amazing people who work here. She even saw a couple trying to take a picture of himself and offered to take it for them even though she was so busy

It's been a while since I have been to a Friendly's. A lot of them are lost to time. Agawam is still there and putting a smile on their customers' faces. Just stopped in for an ice cream fix. They nailed it. There Sundays are still as big as I remember from the 1980s. Prices are extremely fair (low) for the economy today. They have ice cream and ice cream cakes of different sizes to go. Give them a try, I think you will be happy. Big parking lot, a to-go counter, and dine in booths and tables.

Food was amazing like always nice and fresh the server “Anna” gave me a great service. I sad to see the franchise close down there restaurants. I found this one in Agawam still open. I went in to enjoy some lunch.

Today I went into this Friendly's and was treated so unkind compared to other customers. I am not sure if they are not okay with people of color coming into their restaurant but it definitely showed tonight. The person at the to go window was super sarcastic and rude and approached me like if I didn’t belong there. As he greeted everyone else and told them have a great night and drive home safe. When my order was ready as everyone else received an “excuse me your order is ready” I was met with a wave down, bag thrown on the counter and a look of disgust and not two words uttered after that. I am really disappointed in this encounter as I’ve never experienced such inconsiderate treatment at an establishment I visit often. I do not plan on returning to this location and advise anyone else of

We never get our drinks when we get delivery. But food is good. Lobster sub is cold but still good. Just save yourself the hassle of drinks. This pic was taken after it had to wait a half hour for me to go get the drinks. The croutons were soggy the tomatoes tasteless. But lobster was good. Just an unnecessary hassle.
