One of the Best Pizzas I’ve Ever Had – Totally Unexpected We weren’t sure what to expect heading into Philipsburg—it’s small, and this place is a little off the main street. Honestly, we almost turned around. I’m so glad we didn’t. This spot is a local institution, recently taken over by a local family who’s continuing the tradition after 16 years under the previous owners. They’re still using a 52-year-old oven, and the results speak for themselves. The pizza was absolutely incredible—crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you find yourself anywhere near Philipsburg, make the detour. It’s worth it.

Friday Night Pizza is one of our three favorite pizza joints, with locations in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and here. All three are very different, which makes them fun in their own way. What really sets FNP apart is the crust. Their house-made crust is stiff and chewy, no soggy mess in the middle, and it holds up perfectly to the toppings. And those toppings are solid, generous, and thoughtfully chosen. The fact that they’ll deliver straight to the Philipsburg Brewery just seals the deal. Great pizza, great beer, no effort. Hard to beat.

The pizza was tasty. Excellent crust recipe if you like it thin. Looks to be pick up and delivery only. Will order again when in the Pburg area.

If you're staying overnight in Phillipsburg or even there after 4:00, you have to stop by Friday night pizza. You will not be disappointed. We had the breadsticks too and they were amazing.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! We ordered take out and we're not disappointed! If your in phillipsburg I'd highly recommend ordering from this place. The prices a little high side but it tastes great! We ordered the mouthful which was delicious. Give this guys a try!
