Freudian Sip

i mobile ordered so not sure ab the service or atmosphere but the food was typical starbucks. paid 90 cents more for cream cheese on my bagel, thought they’d spread it but they give me a packet and i could not open it 😭.

They refuse to take someone’s order, even before closing. They said I couldn’t order one Frapp because “they were closing”, then the girl quickly said “machine was down”, so is it down or they refuse to make a frappe because of laziness? Keep in mind , this is 2:50pm, sorry I came before closing. But the sign said “opened”. Someone who was invited to visit for a career fair might now know the times of the store, especially in the middle of the day. Complete laziness.

Ordered a Lavender Matcha and the matcha did not taste like matcha from other Starbucks yet they use the Starbucks logo. The inflated price makes sense because it's from a college but it's still significant. I watched as they only scooped 3 matcha for a venti drink but Im pretty sure it's 4 scoops, and I asked for two. Also didn't mix the matcha enough there was still a lot of powder floating. All in all over priced and underwhelming.

Tastes bad. Overpriced. Rip off monopoly for students

The price is about 1-2 dollars more than Starbucks, depending on the drink. When asked for a tall, was given an 8oz drink (supposed to be 12oz). As a white label Starbucks, it's a location that price-gouges students on a tight budget and not enough time to walk 15 min off campus for the same drink at a better price. It's unbelievable that CSUN is alright with this arrangement.
