Fresh One Kitchen - Sandy Springs

The food was so delicious! Me and my six-year-old stumbled upon this place a few days ago looking for some fresh, tasty, healthy food, and I’m so glad we tried it! We were gonna go to chipotle, but glad we didn’t. You can taste the difference of Fresh One’s food. It’s incomparable. You can tell it’s free from chemicals and additives… It’s just food! My six-year-old, who is a picky eater, loved his sweet potato noodles, chicken, and veggies with teriyaki sauce. I had the sweet potato noodles spicy chicken, loaded with veggies and I didn’t even need a sauce, but the avocado lime dressing was a great addition. The portions are so generous! And I didn’t feel like I was beat over the head with the prices. The only critique I would give, Would be for the restaurant itself… I wasn’t find of the

This is one of my favorite places! The food tastes amazing and the ingredients are so healthy. There is such a community feel here as people come to eat after going to the gym or local police officers getting a healthy meal before a long shift. I feel so good after meals here and the prices are very reasonable.

I saw this restaurant on Tik Tok and had to try it. I drove from Lawrenceville to try it and it was truly amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. The customer service was top notch. The owner O was so kind. I will most definitely be back.

Came for the ratings, was not disappointed :). Had the veggie bowl, and was pleasantly surprised by the miso soup - perfect for this weather. Great value for how filling the bowl is. Great energy from who I think was the owner!

It’s always refreshing to meet owners like Mr. Odidi with a passion for what they do! I came here yesterday for the first time and everything was a 10/10, service was great, food delicious and fresh. So I came back today, and luckily I met the owner who not only served me delicious food but took time to share his vision for this location! If you are a meal prep lover like me; you can agree that sometimes, you just want to rest but not compromise on your progress! This is the place to come to if you’re working out, but need a break from cooking. Portions are great, with reasonable prices. Overall, I’m so impressed with this place.
