Fresh monkee Springfield ma

Service was friendly, efficient, and engaging! The server, Santa, noticed I was carrying a bag from the nearby pet store and offered a free all natural smoothie for my dog. I was tempted to drink it myself! As you can see, it is the same size as my 16 oz "bite sized" Nutmeg State smoothie which was just right for me! I look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful atmosphere. Server was very polite and informative. She even gave us a free puppy shake for our dog. Very nice of her. Definitely will be coming back again soon

Staff was very kind and helpful, so many great menu options and tons of customization! The price is fair for the high quality ingredients and supplement add ins. We tried the sunrise and the dirty filthy monkey, both drinks were great! Perfect spot for a post workout smoothie. Will definitely be back to try more menu items!

I hate to leave a poor review and it quite possibly is just what I ordered. However the protein coffee is awful! It isn’t even drinkable. It’s sour and taste like chemicals. My son’s smoothie is a little better so I do think it’s possible it’s just the protein coffee. It was definitely a miss all together but I will try one more time and see if there’s something else we can find on the menu. The customer service is amazing! Tina is such a wonderful person and really a great face for Fresh Monkee!

Staff was absolutely pleasant! I was served by a lady named Dary, she was very friendly. She answered all my questions, worked with me to figure out what I would like to try, as it was my first time there! Even offered to exchange it for something else if I didnt initially like what I ordered! The place was very clean and the jungle theme was very cute 😍
