Fresh Meal Plan

I can not address the quality of the food BECAUSE AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER THE FOOD, THEY FAILED! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They made promises about when they would deliver the food, but never showed up. They said, "We will credit your account." BE AWARE: They credit your account with them, not the account you used to purchase the food. THREE (3) times, and all they could say was "oops". Unacceptable. Reminds me of the company "Freshly" that went bankrupt several years ago. With customer service like this, they are on their way.

Food is decent. Customer service is terrible. I missed the ordering deadline by a few hours and the girl who answers the phone would not let me change my meals or edit my order after me being a loyal customer for the past 8 weeks. They only care about taking your $. Asked to speak to a manager and of course they were "busy" and that they would call me back. They never did. If you're looking for flexibility go else where. They will not help you or work with you in the event something happens like this.

I have been a customer at fresh meal plan for about 7 months now, other than a few minor incidents I have been a relatively happy customer. About a month ago I switched to the keto plan and I was very excited about the switch. I have found the nutritional labels to be inaccurate and have voiced my concerns. Fresh meal plan did contact me back and assured me that these issues would be corrected.

I am on my second week of fresh meal plan and I’m just amazed. I had called their offices to get a bit more clarification as I WAS a long time hello fresh subscriber and by some miracle Najoua called me back even though I had already had my questions answered by someone in the office. She gave me a discount code and let me know the benefits and she drove out to drop off samples so my husband and I could try them and we fell in love. I love the portion controlling that it brings and how easy it is to just pop them in the oven. I had washed almost $500 on hello fresh as I work 8-8 as does my husband 6-7 days a week and we have four dogs so sometimes cooking just is too exhausting. I am a born a raised NY-er now living in South Florida and a big Foodie. I have been with this Company for several months and I am canceling my service because I throw away more food than I eat. It started out good but the quality and taste of the food has declined. The food all taste the same, no flavor. I have also had chicken that did not look fully cooked on more than one occasion. Healthy food can taste good and this Company does not provide good tasting food and or great selections of food on their menu.
