High quality healthy food but it misses on a few marks. Not much for the money, and by the time you receive your food it's often cold. Especially when someone's ordering multiple dishes before you. They should find a way to warm it before they give it to you because my wife's food was cold and mine was lukewarm.

Their meals are always fresh, with plenty of veggie, vegan, gluten-free, and protein-rich options — the BBQ chicken or almond-chicken bowls come highly recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful, and ordering is quick and easy. Portions are generous, and you’ll find tasty sides like sweet-potato noodles, roasted veggies, and flavorful house dressings (white ginger and coconut-sriracha are standouts). Overall: a solid go-to for clean, satisfying lunches that hit the mark without feeling heavy or bland. Staff, and service top tier as well! I’ll be back.

I'll be honest, I wasn't really in the mood (or so I thought) for the "healthy" food... but I tell you what, I was completely wrong. My meal was awesome... citrus chicken with white garlic sauce, mashed cauliflower, and double portion of amazing carrots. I'm more than grateful for the meal and experience. Fantastic location, food, service and atmosphere. All for around $13 dollars and that was with a small tip. Mcdonalds and BK better watch their back with fantastic options like Fresh Kitchen.

Best healthy fast food in town! Much better than Chipotle! I always get a bowl, Select two bases between 3 kinds of rice, noodles, salad etc... favorites are coconut ginger rice and cauliflower mashed potatoes tastes just like normal mashed potato, then two veggies, green beans, carrots, broccoli, chick peas etc... favorites are chick peas and maple carrots. Then select your meats, depending on bowl size SMALL MED LARGE one or two meats, favorites BBQ chicken and steak also have salmon, and other flavored chicken options. STEAK AND SALMON are extra but worth it. Then final toppings, I always put avocado, but offer tomatoes almonds cheese and others... extra are also extra money but worth it. Plus sauces if you like, creamy white ginger sauce is great! Costs slightly more than cheap fast

Incredible coconut rice, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and flavorful Caesar kale salad. Perfect combination. Beet juice was sweet and refreshing. Their twist on chocolate chip cookies was a great ending. Very friendly staff and super nice cashier.
