We used to be regulars many years ago but fell off when the ownership changed. Seems like these newest owners are getting back to what made Fresco’s fabulous back in the day! We ordered the house queso, chicken ceasar fajita tacos, enchiladas (pick 3, as is), brisket tacos, and pechuga de pollo. All were reminiscent of OG Fresco’s and we were so so pleased. The Grand Margaritas got two thumbs up as well. Our server, Randon, was excellent! Perfectly attentive and friendly and kept our chips, salsa, and waters all full. He definitely made our return to Fresco’s even more memorable. We’ll be back!
The BEACON has relocated to share space at Frescos. A recent lunch provided us with the opportunity to fuse the fabulous BEACON food with a Mexican fusion. The avocado jack burger was perfectly dressed and juicy. Patty perfection. Crispy French fries is the perfect accompaniment, hot and crispy and melt in your mouth delicious. The chimichanga was generously sized and covered with a well seasoned queso. We completed our fusion with an Asian inspired dumplings which were delicious. The melding of these two restaurants gives patrons more great choices plus the Beacon is open for breakfast along with its well loved weekend brunch. It's a great combination!
I’ll start off by saying our waitress was very kind. She payed attention to everything, and you can tell, she enjoys what she does. The atmosphere is very authentic to their culture, and it has a unique charm about it. The building is older, but very well kept. As far as the food, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the best either. It’s one of those restaurants where you have to try it for yourself, to see if you enjoy it or not. I will say, we would give it another try, so I do recommend you eat here. The price is affordable, and everything we were served was fresh, including the salsa and chips. I think it comes down to how you prefer your food to be ‘seasoned’. It wasn’t bad, but having our birria tacos seasoned with ‘unexpected’ barbecue, just wasn’t our thing… All in all, I do recommend thi
On one hand, they have the **most delicious** steak fajitas, chicken fajitas (that's a miracle), rice, refried beans, charro beans, and house salsa. I got catering from here for a party of 25 and everything was so so SO good. And I used all the leftover beans and salsa (and sides of shredded cheese) to make with eggs for a week. And THAT was so delicious I started stopping in to get quarts of beans just for the purpose. On the other hand. The quarts of beans and rice are $15 each. Um. That's kind of ridiculous. I finally forced myself to break away from them because that's just too much. And on the other OTHER hand... after the catering thing, I was so enamored with the fajitas, I ordered the plates for dinner delivery a couple of times for me and my husband and... you guys. The menu say
I have not been to Fresco's in a very long time. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the hostess who took us to our table. Our server, Christian was very polite, had a good sense of humor & checked on us every 10 minutes or so which was very much appreciated. The food was way better than what I remembered. It was fire hot which is how I like my food so I knew it was fresh. We both ordered the pick 3, 1 chicken enchilada w/verde sauce, 1 beef enchilada w/meat sauce & 1 crispy chicken taco. The chicken was very tender & juicy. However, the only negative thing I have to say is about the new manager/owner. I saw him walking towards our table, then he was going to continue walking without acknowledging us. Only because I looked up again, he then made a u-turn back to our table. Then
