Fresco Fish

First visit to Fresco Fish. It appeared very pleasant and clean. Unfortunately, both bathrooms were out of service. I ordered the Lobster Roll, I was so happy it was on the menu. The bun, butter and portion was great. The lobster (maybe lobster?) was something I never experienced. It looked like round balls placed on a bun. I’m guessing it was the knuckles and other pieces of the lobster that are generally not served. It did not resemble, or taste like a lobster roll. Never again.

The place is nice. The staff was nice. The food, however, was way over priced for what I got. Only 2 stars because of the heafty portion of fries that were still hot after my drive home. The haddock sandwich had more bun and coleslaw than fish. I have gotten bigger pieces of fish from McDonalds. The buffalo tartar didn't even taste like buffalo. I have attached picture of the size of the fish. It is like I got the tail part of the haddock not the meat part. It was a bit over cooked and tasted like the fry oil needed to be changed. It was thin and had no meat to it. My last bit was soggy buns and coleslaw. I was told this place was good by a coworker. Maybe I had an off way for cooking... who knows. Absolutely love this fish market! Everything is always fresh, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. I stop in occasionally for their fish fry, which is consistently delicious and cooked just right. Their baked salmon and haddock are also go-to favorites—flavorful, fresh, and never disappointing. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the food every time. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for great seafood you can trust!

Since the move from the New Hartford shopping center I feel that service has gone down hill. I've called to place order, been put on hold for 14:25, ended up driving there and asked the lady if she had someone on hold and she said no! Still possessing my phone showing that indeed , I was. A drive thru? Seriously? I must say the food is great. That's why I come. Improvements should be made. Maybe someone answer just the phone in the back and submit to cooks. To many front end issues

In the area on business travel. Using my iPhone to check out local restaurants. For whatever reason the website for this restaurant does not fit onto the iPhone screen and thus I could not look over the menu and pricing. I will choose another restaurant. Perhaps the issue is with my phone but wanted to let you know in case the problem is on your end. Good luck.
