I love a good dive and this is one of my new favorites. We stopped here on our way from Plattsburgh to Stowe and what a hidden gem! The outside is a bit bleak, but inside the place is decked out in a disco era vibe decor. There’s a special area with toys and books for children which I loved even though mine is 15 now. The service was fast and the waitress was very friendly and even indulged my last minute change of order. I got the special-fries with cheese grits, chorizo gravy, and an egg and it was incredible! The perfect food after having gone out the night before. My husband got a burger and my son got the wings and they enjoyed it. Love the 70s theme. Service and food is top notch. The fries are done right, double cooked. The menu is great, has a little bit for everyone without straying too far from the overall theme. My wife and I have been several times and have always left with full bellies and zero complaints.

Fun 70’s inspired restaurant. Great music, great burguers, and great service! Family friendly spot in the city to dine in.

I really enjoyed lunch at Frencheez. I got the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and my boyfriend got 2 Michigan and fries. We actually came for brunch but we’re interested in lunch and luckily they had a decent amount of lunch items. The French fries were amazing, they were so good. The burger was delicious. I liked the Michigan hot dogs as well. We got some chicken noodle soup broth for my son and it was so good, I’ve never had chicken noodle soup with so much flavor. The kids area was so cute, my son had a blast playing there. They had cartoons on an old looking tv with a flat screen in it. It was really cool. I enjoyed the decor it definitely has a 70’s theme. Our waitress was in 70’s clothes it was very cool. If we ever happen to be in the area again we will definitely be back.

The food is great! Many dishes are hand tossed. The French fries have such a great taste, you don’t even need ketchup! I’m not a rice bowl eater but my granddaughters are and they love them. These dishes are hand tossed, presented beautifully and taste as good as they look. The Hostess and waitresses are friendly and accommodating. Glutinous free desserts are scrumptious tea cakes so good! The owners are creative and work hard to perfect this business. Starting a new Restaurant from scratch has many challenges and they certainly are handling them as they move forward. The atmosphere is fun, creative and inviting. The 70,s feeling is a plus! As a daughter of a Restaurant owner most of my life, these owners and staff are definitely on top of what a customer wants.
