Update: I am maintaining my 5* review! I went back and had a phenomenal time with listening to live music and eating Thai ice cream roll. It was delicious 🤤 Original Review: I'm giving 5*s even though I didn't actually get to eat any. As other reviews can attest, there allegedly was a known problem with the workers. It seemed the owners addressed the problem directly and the worker responded by walking out. With the store unmanned, the owner attempted to call his wife who likely knew the recipes. While myself and my group as well as another couple patiently waited, he attempted to repeatedly contact her and offered to call us to return upon her arrival. We ran another errand and came back, but she still hadn't arrived. The owner was so apologetic, upset over the worker's behavior, and

Use to come here all the time, but I guess I’m not coming back anymore after today. Lady at the registrar was rude and the environment didn’t feel welcoming at all. She asked us if we wanted to leave a tip. I kindly said no thank you. Then she makes my ice cream and has the audacity to serve me this which is Insane! I was hoping it was at least gonna taste good, but it’s not even edible! I ordered the #14 as usual which is the charcoal ice cream, but the flavor of charcoal was SOOOO strong and disgusting. The customer service was horrible. I don’t understand why work there if all you’re gonna do it give bad customer service and not even try to make the correct item.

No customer service. The workers look miserable. Ice cream was really good though and I loved that they had almond milk options and other milks which I’ve never seen. I will never return only due to how unfriendly the workers were. These aren’t teenagers, most likely the owners themselves. If they would interact and greet people and atleast give one smile I truly believe this place would be booming! Also I saw black mold or mildew growing on one of their containers. I don’t think it’s the most hygienic place. We will not be back. Note to owners: Here in the United States your business will struggle if you are not friendly. We don’t even care if you don’t speak English, smile and greet us, it’s Houston, tons of people don’t speak English but you can learn a few words in English and smil

The pictures looked so good so we stopped by. It was busy and only one worker. He couldnt make the rolls so we got broken pieces and it had no flavor at all. He said the owners left him by himself due to an immigration issue and it will probably be closed. I do not recommend coming here.

I had been wanting to try this place since many years as I used to work very nearby and would often visit this complex during my lunch break. I guess this place recently opened back up. We had dinner at Adriatic cafe which is in the same complex and saw this place was open. We got the No. 4 and no. 7 which was the s’mores and coffee one. It was nice to see the icecream rolls being made in front of you. We later realized that we could also do make your own. I think a bit more proactive and warm inviting service will definitely have customers coming back. There was no hi hello or thank you. We ordered, got our icecream, ate and left. The decor has alot of post its and pictures so it was nice to read those and enjoy. All in all the items we ordered were good but it was nothing worth bringing
