Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We did drive through, so can't really speak on atmosphere. But the food and service were great. It was my first time eating here and I really enjoyed the crispy chicken club. I tried the fried cheese curds for my side, they were soggy/greasy, but still had a great taste especially when dipped in their jalapeño sauce. Over all would definitely recommend! Will be trying a burger next time.

Let’s play a game… count the number of health code violations. 😖 The dirty water on the floor is about 2 or 3” deep. These poor employees walking around through it getting their pants legs wet. Not sure I want to eat the food I picked up here after seeing this! 12/29/2025 around 9:00pm.

Very tasty! But a bit expensive. Be sure to ask for more lettuce as it shrinks down to nothing. Not sure if they also have leaves of lettuce or just the shredded, if they do then ask for the lettuce leaves. We had the triple burger and the prime rib burger. Very good other than the small amount of lettuce. Friendly staff!! And my order was correct! Down to the addition of the mayonnaise, mustard and pickles and the types of dip.

Normally I would not leave a bad review but this was so disappointing. Not only was the order wrong, the sandwiches were pathetic. Like expect a dollar item from McDonald's pathetic. It looks like the chicken breast was cut in half then pounded out. We ordered both the grilled and crispy chicken and they couldn't even remember to put on the toppings the sandwiches normally come with. For the cheaper combo just over $11, this was absolutely not worth it.

This is how they serve large fries. Half filled. And the chicken sandwich is barely existent. I think my entire amount of meal should be refunded to my account. What a waste of money.
