Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I tend to be critical on reviews after spending years in food service, ordered my burger with onion rings but only got 4 onion rings in order which is not good service from cooks cooking food... but counter girl... Tyler T made up a batch and brought them out...I just want what I ordered after spending almost 25 bucks on 2 orders .. she's awesome cooks suck

To the point Freddie's has plummeted. I used to really like the food here but in the last couple years the quality has dropped substantially I mean it was $18.00 for not that great of food. I don't recommend them anymore.

The customer service was great, and the cashier was super patient with our group of six. The place was clean, had big tables for families, and the food came out fast.

10 years in the Valley and made our first trip to Freddys. Burgers were great, the onion rings are some of the best I’ve had, and tater tot’s! Need I say more? For fast food, it was a pleasant surprise. Not cheap, but what is these days. Overall very good and we’ll stop again.

Im assuming the food was great. Never got a chance to order. Was ignored at the counter for 5 minutes. Didn't get any attention until I yelled out "hello?". Finally an employee came and had a attitude as if we were giving her a hard time by being there. So we walked out. We didn't want any of that nonsense. We went to the other Freddie's and had no issues there.
