Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

They took a long time to deliver my food that I ordered to take away, they gave me the wrong order which I immediately returned, when I opened the order again they became wrong and I decided better not to say anything anymore they were making fun of me inside the facilities for my difficulty speaking English terrible staff even the manager the second time took my order and it was not what I asked for

I was there tonight after work and came a little after 9:30. I lost my wallet in the car but the gentleman at the drive thru was very polite and understanding! Always have had a good experience at this Freddie's!

They made I good wrong the manager on duty evening shift at 630 pm on January 7 seemed annoyed did nothing to fix the situation. He actually looked annoyed to have to be out of the office. Everytime I go there something with my order is wrong. Do better

Burgers are really good. The sides are average but I usually just get a burgervanyway. It's on the pricier side though, so it doesn't come up in the lunch place rotation as often as other places do. But definitely a fave.

Wife & I liked the Freddys. Freddy's was good place to take out. Since the price increase, burgers seems to be smaller. Then, tonight I ordered bowl of chili as I had a month ago. $5.49 bowl of chili is half full? Is 8pm too late to have enough to fill the bowl & not even warm. Fries were also not warm at all. Had to warm them up in microwave to eat. $30.00 for 2 meals. Not sure if I will be back.
