The Mall Deli

I’ve been wanting to try The Mall Deli in Pittsburg, Kansas for quite some time, and while I was in the area running errands, I finally stopped in to give it a try. Monday’s special was a Reuben served on a rye/white mix bread with Russian dressing, and it came with chips and a pickle for $8.99. I also ordered the French dip because I wanted to see what that was all about. Both sandwiches came out in under 10 minutes, which was impressive. The service was fast and friendly, and both sandwiches were very good. I was genuinely pleased with both orders and would absolutely order either of them again. I just wanted to share that my mall deli experience is and has always been exemplary! They have always made it with care the best that it can be ! I've been eating there for 30 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. I've never given them a review and I felt that they deserve one five stars thanks guys! Always great !!!!

If you are driving though Pittsburgh don't you dare worry about "chicken anything " THE MALL DELI IS WHERE THE ACTION IS! DELICIOUS, REASONABLE, AND VERY VERY BUSY! 11 OUT OF 10!

A friend told me about this place and on our way home we decided to give it a try. We got chicken corn chowder soup. It was very good. French dip and rueben. Both were great! They were very busy coming out of a rush, and our wait was a little bit, but definitely worth it. Once our order was taken, our food was our quick! We will be back.

I tried to order lunch for my staff today....we are teachers so very limited lunch and break times. We tried calling for 45 minutes and kept getting hung up on....then the phone was left off the hook. When we finally just drove up there to order food, we asked about the phone situation and Kristie was very rude and told my support staff that they knew we were calling and they put the phone off the hook because they were "too busy" to take more orders!!! This was very unprofessional so we contact the owner. He said that his staff would never have said that and she was doing what she was trained to do.
