Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Last time I got regular cheese fries there was so much cheese everything was soggy. So this time I asked for EASY cheese. Why are you pressing the cheese button for longer 3 seconds? I saw the guy literally COVERING the whole container. Please chill out and learn how much cheese to put. Ridiculous.

Reinforced the knowledge that you shouldn’t buy fish sandwiches at a steakburger restaurant. Ordered the fish sandwich and it was awful. Not hot (of course, no one orders fish sandwiches @ Freddy’s), probably was made the day before. Breading way too thick and disgusting. Awful pickle and cheese. And then there was the taste! Don’t know what species of fish they serve but hope I never catch one when fishing. Even the fries were a mixture of lukewarm and cool. Don’t think there was a manager on duty. Service was mediocre when it is normally excellent. Hope this was a one off, will give them one more try. Just never the fish!

Freddy's has delicious burgers but forget about the drive-thru... The fries are always dry and old.. you got to go in and ask them nicely to cook more because they like to scoop them out from the heating lamps instead of cooking them fresh and you can tell the difference. (I haven't gotten around to trying to shakes yet because I'm still trying to get past the French fry ordeal. 😂) Will report back later.

Holy Cow Batman, I've lived here in Las Cruces for 5 years now and I just got around to trying Freddy's. The only thing I can say is why did I wait so long. Absolutely Delicious. I got the Double California style w/chili and the chili was Awesome. The meat was sublime. The Onion Rings were outrageous and so many. I'm so stuffed. Thank you guys, sooo good. I'm a fan and we'll be back for sure 😃

A MUST TRY..! We had the Smoky Bacon Cheddar Combo, with onion rings, and the Prime Rib Burger combo, with fries. They were both awesome. Josh was was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Freedy's Frozen Custard.
