Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I ordered the single cheeseburger with no onions and a regular vanilla shake. The burger was prepared correctly. The burger had cooled off. I think they were slow to make the shake. The vanilla shake was thick and delicious.

I love smash burgers, but this place is jacked up. I usually go to other Freddy's locations in town but I was in the area and decided I'd stop for a burger. I don't eat burger buns because I don't believe them to be particularly healthy and instead usually opt for a few extra paddies. I know my protein heavy eating choices are a bit strange to most but I feel much better when I eat this way and I see fast food more as a tool to help me hit my protein goal rather than a cheat meal. On my last two visits to this Freddy's location, I was told I could only order 4 paddies alone. That was the maximum "per burger". The price would be $11. $2.75 per paddy. I'll pay that. But if I wanted more paddies than that it would have to come as "another burger" for which the price would jump to $19, or ro

Very good experience It felt cozy and welcoming Floors were clean All tables and chairs were clean Bathroom clean The windows were clean I am very satisfied with how they are keeping this place clean and safe. Also wanted to mention the professionalism this girl named Megan showed us today. She was warm, polite, patient, and friendly. Her demeanor was pleasant and appreciated.

We had a great experience today. The staff at the counter were friendly and made sure my husband’s chili cheese fries did not contain onions. Freddy’s is known for their thin steak burgers and they did not disappoint. The steak burger and fry seasoning was delicious. They were also playing 80’s on 8 which my over 40 yr old self loved. 😀

They really need to get someone with more experience in there more regularly. The vulger language from the cooking area I've heard two visits in a row. Goodness.
