Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The ice cream was good. The hamburger was not, it was soggy and doesn't come with lettuce. The cheese curds were rubbery and they gave me the wrong drink. Also, they asked if I wanted fries, cheese curds or onion rings with no mention of an up charge to an already $10 burger. I won't return for their burgers.

No vegetarian main options, if that's important to you. Lots of good sides. But underwhelming portions. Though probably the amount I should be eating, just not as much as I want to eat! Staff was great, service was fast, and restaurant was clean.

Very well like my very first visit to any of Freddy's restaurants. I got the Freddy's Original Double, Fries, and a Sweet Tea. The food was hot and fresh. I got both the Regular Fry Sauce and the Jalapeno Fry Sauce. Both were good. I also got a Hawaiian Delight Concrete with Vanilla Custard, pineapple, strawberry, coconut, macadamia nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. That was also very good. The service was very good and the facility was clean. They had a nice, special young man that took care of the tables and everything.

Going down hill bad. Pepsi don’t work or employees are to lazy to go back and fill it up. Drive through was down since the register was down of course they couldn’t just use one of the other ones for the drive through so logic says just shut it down totally right? Manger girl just didn’t give a shit

This is a fast food restaurant with order at the counter. Steak and shake but with better food and no table service. There is a wide selection Ice cream choices also.
