Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time here I ordered the frozen custard with caramel, I also got a vanilla malt both were great I will come back as many times as my wife will let me

Went for oreo cookie sandwiches. After 30 mins of waiting in the drive thru received two that were completely smooshed, melted, and soggy. Why was this looked at and deemed fit to hand out?

No undercooked beef is safe Today the restaurant did not appear clean at all asked for no salt on the burger so salty couldn’t even eat it. They remade it and added even more salt and the burger was not even cooked all the way customer service was not that great I had to stand at the counter, waiting to be waited on for 10 minutes And there was nobody in line. Don’t think I’m gonna be using any more of my rewards here.

Food was really good. The hamburgers are flat patties, kind of like steak and shake. They're custard is quite tasty. The chocolate custard is more like a dark chocolate and is rich and thick. All around good experience.

Good quality hot fresh food will stop here again
