Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I love Freddys. I love their steak burgers, fries, and custard. But I really loved this experience at this particular Freddy's. I came in about 45 minutes before closing, and was greeted with a smile. I tried the brisket burger today, which was good. My food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a dessert afterwards and had a couple extra things to it and the friendly staff was really nice about it. Good fresh food, plenty of it, and great staff. Very happy.

This is the first Freddy’s I’ve been to, and I hope any other one’s I go to are like the one in Cabot. The employees are more than friendly, the food is always hot and fresh and made to order, the interior is super clean and their drive through is fast. These folks are the model for a fast food restaurant.

The grill chicken sandwich they need to start cock it little longer and the people the work there nice but they need to work on the cocking

Update: Was contacted by Scott Rutstein about my order and poor experience who offered to replace my food. After a few emails back and forth, he stopped responding, and I never got the replacement/refund. I returned a few days later and order the same meal, and had similar problems. The cheese curds were not full and below the weight that Scott told me comes with every order. Original: The employee taking my order was great—very well-spoken and helpful, which made a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit had some downsides. The drive-thru was much slower than I expected. With only three cars ahead of me, the wait time per vehicle was about five minutes, which added up quickly. Good Burger But the beef patties are fairly small compared to other places that serve steak burgers. Sodas were mixed well. Fris wer cooked well. The concrete dessert was good . Example: Sreak 'n Shake is known for steak burgers and I eat there often across the country and their hamburgers patties are much thicker than Freddy's.And at steak 'n Shake is a better deal.
