Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I really am so sad, I wanted a nice burger I haven’t eaten all day and boom I order a California style burger and I waited in the drive through for about ten minutes. Than I get my food I should’ve checked before driving home cause I live 5 miles away, I got home was extremely hungry and opened the two boxes both were cheese curds I’m so upset and still hungry. You guys need to hire better I’m so disappointed and I will not be returning I’m sorry but you guys have gone down hill. I’m so sad and still very hungry.

I found what I’m sincerely hoping is a beard hair way down in my Custard/concrete. After I had eaten several bites. The hair was a red/auburn color. I just wanted to eat my feelings in peace. Instead, I spent my night sad and vomiting.

Two stars because the food was good. But when you walk in and the place is filthy, makes you not want to eat here. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY ( three tables occupied at this time and not busy at all!!) . Looked around after sitting at an open but the least dirty table, employees are standing around on their phones… to bad I don’t enjoy eating at a restaurant that doesn’t clean up the tables at some point during the shift… oh and to add, both trash cans stuffed full and overflowing on our way out.

Custard was fine. They forgot our order—yes, the single item we ordered—and when my date went to check on it, the counter staff perfected the art of pretending he didn’t exist. In hindsight, it was an impressively accurate preview of how the date itself wrapped up.

Well, the place was hammered. Fortunately whoever was in charge of ensuring the place was staffed and stocked was competent. Opening night and they were moving orders like they were born doing it. The staff was super excited and friendly. Although training, they still have an excellent operating rhythm. The food was superb and quick. We ordered at 705, had food in hand under 10 minutes later and by 740 we had finished. They were out of tea. But it's forgivable because of the volume of people they had coming through. Great opening and I'm looking forward to many more meals here in the future.
