Alex and the Crew at FRANKS went above and beyond! From the moment we ordered to getting our drinks and sat down our food was brought fresh to the table. Alex noticed we didn’t have forks for our cheese fries and went to get some for us as we begging to dig in to the fresh burgers and homemade fries with nacho cheese. We have lived in LR for 6 years and this has truly been the best burger. Will be coming back!

Counter ordering, no pushy request (requirement) for a tip. The sign outside is a little misleading, not a full burger, but delicious, crispy around the edge smash burgers. The cheese on the burgers was plentiful and added a layer of flavor and creaminess. They also have great hotdogs with a good snap and nice salty flavor. Several toppings to choose from. Not exactly customer focused, but we did get checked on once. Very limited seating inside. The interior was relatively clean for the amount of business they were cranking through. Was not a fan of the napkins running freestyle on the table, or the lack of changing/ cleaning the salt and pepper shakers.

I got the Reueben Dog and it was pretty good. Good customer service and environment. If you want to support a good local place, this is a excellent choice.

I have tried their burgers and chili dogs before a few months ago. Their hamburgers are great but they reminded me based on the flavor of red onions like Rally's. Their price can very between 12 to 16 dollars depending on the meal or single item. Their chili is okay, but it is not cooked more like left over chili been heated up and served.

We love the food! Usually my sons and husband come here to get their delicious hotdogs and burgers. Last Sunday they’re invite me to eat at Franks and was delicious eat the burger just came from the kitchen. The guys are super nice and pay attention to the customers!
