Customer Reviews
The food is fresh, healthier, and delicious! Very clean and the stafg was great! We will be back many more times!!
Restaurant appears clean, pleasant atmosphere. Menue is a bit confusing at first sight. Everything is served in plastic, unappealing to me if in in a mom and pop Cafe and sitting down I'd like real dinner ware. It came crammed in a small bowl. I had to asked for a second slice of toast. The hash browns were soggy and barely heated up. I had to request they crisp them up. But the they were still greasy/ mushy and un-eatable. I thought the prices were a little high for what I got. I'll probably go to Eat and Park, Landmark or Denny's next time. Sorry Frank. You need improvement.
I’ve had several of their lunch bowls & salads, I haven’t had one yet that wasn’t good. They all have fresh Ingredients and a good portion size for the price Their desserts are good as well. Can’t wait to try the breakfast 🥰 Everone is so kind. I will continue to be a Patron here.
After reading the great reviews, we were anxious to try Franks. We aren't from Austintown so weren't familiar with Franks. You order at the counter and you either pick up your food at the counter, or, as in our case, they brought the food to us. It was a nice alternative to have sweet potatoes as a side for my omelette. There wasn't much avacado on my avacado/tomato/mozzarella omelette, I would have preferred more than 3 skinny slices. The food was quite good. And they offer gluten free toast, but only 1 slice - usually an order of toast equals 2 slices. All in all, even though it was quite costly, it was a satisfying breakfast!
Played it safe and got a traditional breakfast which was very very good by the way but sad I didn’t get the breakfast burrito. My husband got that and I tasted a little and omg was it delicious. Those sweet potatoes are amazing. Will be back!
